摘要 介绍了RFLP、RAPD、AFLP以及微卫星DNA(Micro-satellite)4种DNA分子标记技术的方法和原理,及近年来在应用国内外酵母菌鉴定中的研究进展,指出了各种技术的优缺点。 The basic principles of four DNA molecular markers methods including restriction fi-agment length polymorphism (RFLP), random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), AFLP and micro-satellite DNA marker, and the latest research advance in their use in yeast identification were introduced in this paper. Besides, both the advantages and the disadvantages of the four methods were illustrated.
