摘要
三维动态热模型实验结果表明,在高炉边缘布加碎焦可使煤气流偏离炉墙,由此起到隔热作用,使炉衬侵蚀减缓并由此消除炉墙粘结,故环布碎焦法有利高炉长寿.
The 3 dimensional dynamic hot simulation test of charging has been studied,It is shown that the ring charging coke breeze to blast furnace periphery can deviate gas current from furnace wall,thus,the effect of heat insulation can be achieved,the erosion of furnace lining is slowed down,and the lining cohesion would be eliminated.Consequently,ring charging coke breeze can make for long life of blast furnace.
