摘要
开发了高炉风口辐射测温探头及计算机软件,不水冷可长期直接安装在窥视孔盖上.测试结果表明,测量数据与生铁[Ti],[Si]含量有良好的对应关系,为判断炉况增添了有力手段.
The probe for detecting radiant temperature in the tuyere of blast furnace and corresponding computer software have been developed. The probe can be directly fixed on the cover of peep hole without water cooling for a long time. The experimental result shows that there is a good relationship between the data obtained and the or in the pig iron,which provides a new forceful means for judging the condition in the blast furnace.
