摘要
复旦大学研究生教育已经有70多年的历史,但真正建立完善的研究生教育制度还是改革开放以后的事情。对复旦大学1978-1992年硕士研究生导师群体的籍贯、性别、学缘、年龄等元素的计量剖析,从中透视出我国这一时期研究生教育的发展状况及对未来研究生教育发展的启示。
Even though it has been more than 70 years' history since Fudan University started graduate - student education, it was actually after the reform and open that the perfect graduate - student edueational system was established. Based on measuring and analyzing the elements of the community of the graduate - student supervisors who teached in Fudan University between 1978 and 1992, such as birth place, gender, strain, age and so on, the development situation of graduate - student education at this time can be observed, and we can get some inspiration about the development of graduate - student edueation in the future .
