摘要
目的：探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后高压氧的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析75例老年慢性硬膜下血肿治疗资料。结果：39例术后高压氧治疗，血肿4周内消失。36例未行高压氧治疗，34例血肿约6周内消失，2例复发。结论：老年慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后高压氧治疗，可缩短治疗时间并减少复发。
Abstract Objective To explore the hyperbaric oxygen therapy after burring hole and drainage for chronic subdural hematoma in elder. Methods The therapy dates of 75 cases with chronic subdural hematoma in elder were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 39 cases with hyperbaric oxygen therapy postoperation, the subdural hematoma vanished within 4 weeks. In the 36 cases without hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 34 cases the subdural hematoma vanished within 6 weeks, while 2 cases recurred. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen therapy after burring hole and drainage for chronic subdural hematoma in elder can shorten the healing time and reduce recurring rate.
