摘要
对常用低合金钢 16 MnR,15 MnVN 以及18 MnMoNb 钢及其焊接接头进行了小能量多次冲击对比试验,以分析焊接热循环对焊接接头多冲抗力(冲击疲劳寿命)的影响及变化规律。得出了不同冲击能量下,热影响区组织与焊接接头强度、塑性的规律关系。
Comparative tests were conductod with frequent low energy impacts forspecimens made from such commercial low alloy steels as 16 MnR, 15 MnYNand 18 MnMoNb and for their welds. The purpose is to investigate the influe-nce of welding-heat cycle on the resistance to frequent impacts at a weld, aswell as the resisting behavior or the impact--fatigue life related. The relation-ships between the structure of heat-affected zone and the strength and ducti-lity of weld under differen impact energy are thus revealed.
