摘要 研究了向日葵种子根的向光反应特性及光照时间、光照强度IAA和GA3对其向光性的影响。结果表明:(1)向日葵种子根表现为负向光性倾斜生长;(2)在2~8h的光照时间内,向日葵种子根的负向光性与光照时间成正比;(3)在5~25lx的光强范围内,向日葵种子根的负向光性与光强成正比;(4)0~10^-5mol·L^-1的IAA可促进:恨的伸长和增强其负向光性反应,随着IAA浓度的升高,向日葵种子根的负向光性反应消失,生长也受到抑制;(5)10^-5~10~4mol·L^-1的GA3能促进向日葵种子根的伸长,但对其负向光性无明显影响。 The phototropic responsive property of seminal root of sunflower ( Helianthus annuus L. ) and the effects of illumination time,light intensity and phytohormone (including IAA and GA3 ) on its phototropism are studied in this paper. The main results are as follows : ( 1 ) The seminal roots of sunflower seedlings have the negative phototropism grown under unilateral light. (2) In the range of 2 to 8 hours, the negative phototropism in the seminal root of sunflower seedlings is in direct proportion to the illumination time. (3) Higher illumination of light ranges from 5 to 25 lx triggers the negative phototropism more than that under lower light illumination. (4) The seminal roots of sunflower seedlings could be elongated and has distinct negative phototropism with lower concentration IAA ranging from 0 to 10^-4 mol·L^-1 ,whereas weakened or reduced in the negative phototropism and the elongation with the increase of the IAA concentration. (5) GA3 ranging from 10^-5 ~ 10^-4 mol· L^-1 promotes the growth of the seminal roots, while no having obvious effect on their negative phototropism.
