摘要
在黄河兰州市区段采集水样,利用嗜热四膜虫(Tetrahymena thermophila)BF5的生长曲线和世代时间作为指标来评价水质.结果表明,这5个样点的水对四膜虫的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,世代时间分别为:7.062,7.610,7.686,7.820,8.038 h,与对照6.802 h存在明显的差异.在α=0.05及α=0.01水平下进行了Duncan检验,比较了各样点的差别,最后采用欧氏距离-最近相邻法得聚类龙骨图.从四膜虫的种群生长曲线和世代时间变化可反映出水质污染状况以及各样点污染的差异性,能够快速评价水质.
The growth curve and generation times of Tetrahymena thermophila BF5 are used to study the water quality of the Yellow River in Lanzhou City with five samples. The results show that the growth of five samples is inhibited in varying degrees. The generation times are 7. 062,7. 610,7. 686,7. 820,8.038 h, compared with CK(6. 802 h) have significance of difference. Duncan test is used in a =0.05 and α=0.01 compared the variance of different samples. The dendrogram is obtained using single linkage derived from the cluster analysis by the Eudiden distance-Nearest Neighbor. However, the water quality and the variance of different samples are showed by the growth curve and generation times. In a word, Tetrahymena thermophila BF5 could be used to monitor environment pollution quickly.
