摘要
在体系pH为3.2的条件下,考察了放电电压和溶液电导率对辉光放电等离子体中产生的羟基自由基(.OH)浓度的影响.以水杨酸为.OH捕获剂,用高效液相色谱法检测水杨酸与.OH反应的生成物2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(2,5-dHBA)和2,3-二羟基苯甲酸(2,3-dHBA),间接验证了辉光放电等离子体中羟基自由基的存在,半定量地计算了辉光放电电解过程中.OH的产量与实验条件之间的关系.结果表明,放电60 min时羟基自由基的浓度为6.3179×10-5mol/L.
The effect of discharging voltage and electric conductivity on the concentration of hydroxyl radical produced by glow discharge plasma is investigated in pH = 3.2. The salicylic acid is used as the seizure reagent of hydroxyl radical and the high performance liquid chromatography is used to detect 2,5- dihydroxybenzoic acid(2,5-dHBA) and 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid(2,3-dHBA) which are produced by the reaction between salicylic acid and hydroxyl radical. It is proved indirectly that there are hydroxyl radicals in glow discharge plasma. The yield of hydroxyl radical produced by glow discharge plasma is reckoned semi-quantitatively in different experiment conditions. The result shows that the concentration of hydroxyl radical is 6. 3179X 10^-5 mol/L when the discharging time lasts 60 min.
