摘要
将带有编码β-半乳糖苷酶基因片段(LacZ)的质粒pSV-β-Galactosidase(以下均简称pSV-β-Gal),通过股四头肌接种小鼠,利用ELISA方法检测小鼠体内β-半乳糖苷酶获得表达后刺激机体产生抗β-半乳糖苷酶抗体的情况。结果证实,编码β-半乳糖苷酶的核酸可以在哺乳动物骨骼肌中表达β-半乳糖苷酶,进而刺激机体免疫系统产生免疫应答。
Inoculated β Galactosidase gene in pSV β Gal plasmid into the quadriceps muscle of mice.The β Galactosidase specific antibodies in the sera of immunized mice were determined by ELISA.Resultant data showed that Galactosidase encoding DNA in plasmid could be expressed in murine quadriceps muscle and the expressed Galactosidase was able to stimulate the immune system to produce specific antibodies.
