摘要
加强大学生法律素质教育是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,是依法治国方略得到贯彻实施的需要,是提高思想政治教育实效的需要。为了提高大学生的法律素质,高校要强化对学生法律知识的传授和法律实践能力的培养,初步实现在校大学生法律社会化,要引导学生参加各种法律实践活动,发挥政府、司法机关等职能部门的示范作用,扩大大学生法律素质教育的途径,利用大众传媒工具,加强正面法律宣传。
Strengthening students＇ law quality is necessary for constructing a harmonious society, carrying out the strategies of managing a country according to the laws and regulations and improving idcoIogical and political education effect . Meanwhile , colleges should enforce to instruct students in law knowledge, develop their law practical ability and realize undergraduates law socialization . Colleges also should enlarge the ways of cultivating students＇ law quality by using mass media and strengthen the positive law publicizing .
