摘要 德才兼备、以德为先已成为当今社会选人、用人、评价人的基本尺度,德在大学生就业、成人成才中的重要地位日益凸显。思想政治理论课(即"两课"),在提高大学生的以道德素质为主的综合就业能力方面,有着不可替代的独特作用,因而必须增强"两课"教学的时效性。 It is now the basic standard for the present society to choose the talents and assign talents who have the priority both in ethics and competence and especially in ethics. So, the importance of the ethics can be seen either in the working-seeking of the graduates and tal- ent -training of adults. The moral and political classes (i .e. two classes) have played an unique role in increasing fhe complex working ability with an emphasis of the moral quality. Thus, it is necessary to enhance the timely effect of the two - class teaching in order to promote rite tmique role better. But the timely effect of the two - class mainly would depend on the developing of the instinct studying motivation of the students.
