摘要
高等学校本科教学水平评估通过运用教学评价手段加强教学和师资队伍建设。由于教师是教学工作的核心资源,所以高校要以本科教学工作水平评估为契机,围绕教学基本建设确立教师主体地位,通过科学管理措施使师资队伍不断优化,使高校教学质量和人才培养质量得到不断提升。
University undergraduate education evaluation strengthens teaching and the teaching staff by the use of teaching evaluation means. As teachers are the core promotes the construction of asset of teaching, universities should make full use of the opportunity of undergraduate education evaluation, establish the major role of teachers centering on the basic construction of teaching, continuously optimize the teaching team through scientific management measures, and constantly improve quality of university teaching and personnel training.
