摘要
气力式喷嘴黏性液体射流的破碎和雾化是一个复杂的两相流问题,因而难以准确预测其雾化粒径的大小。对两通道外混式气力喷嘴雾化过程进行了研究,然后应用量纲分析的方法建立了胶水溶液雾化粒径的定性表达式,并用最小二乘法对其进行线性拟合,结果表明该公式的拟合效果良好。
For the breaking up and atomization of viscous liquid jet from the air-blast nozzles is a complicated multi-parameter two-phase flow problem, it is hard to forecast the size of the droplet exactly. The atomization process of typical two-channels exterior-mixing air-blast nozzle is investigated experimentally, and then the qualitative expression of droplet size of glue water solution jet is founded applying dimension analytic method, after that the quantitative expression is obtained adopting Least Square (LS) method, the result show that the expression can forecast the droplet size of the atomization in this experiment appropriately.
