摘要
天然气再燃是控制燃煤电站氮氧化物排放的先进技术。对天然气再燃还原NO的关键影响因素进行了系统实验研究,发现脱硝效率随着天然气/NO摩尔比以及温度的增加而提高;再燃区存在最佳过量空气系数,α在0.8左右时脱硝效率最高;延长再燃区停留时间有利于降低NO的排放,但超过1.53s后,继续增加停留时间对脱硝效率的影响并不明显。
Natural gas reburning is a novel technology on NOx emission control of coal-fired station. Some key factors of natural gas reburning have been studied. Results of the experiments show that the NO removal efficiency increases quickly with enhancement of molar ratio of natural gas to NO and the reburn temperature; there exists an optimum reburn stoichiometric ration (0.8) for natural gas reburning. Prolonging the resident time of reburn zone can help to limit the NO emission, but the influence becomes slightly when the time exceeds 1.53s.
