摘要
在乙醇-水混合介质中,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为稳定剂,采用分散聚合法制备了表面具有2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸链的聚苯乙烯(PSt)功能微球。用核磁共振、激光光散射和扫描电子显微镜技术对PSt功能微球进行了表征。研究了PSt功能微球对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的吸附量与吸附时间和缓冲溶液pH的关系。实验结果表明,PSt功能微球对BSA的吸附量先随吸附时间的延长而增大,120min后达到吸附平衡;当缓冲溶液pH接近BSA等电点(PI=4.7)时,BSA的吸附量达到最大值。
Polymer microspheres can be used in separation of protein, transportation of gene medicament, etc.. Polystyrene (PSt) functional microspheres with 2 -acrylamido- 2 -methyl propane sulfonic acid chains on their surface were prepared by dispersion polymerization of styrene and 2 - acryl- amido - 2 - methyl propane sulfonic acid in ethanol - water solvent with poly ( N - vinylpyrrolidone) as reaction stabilizer. PSt functional microspheres were characterized by means of ^1H NMR, LLS and SEM. Relationships of bovine serum albumin (BSA) adsorption quantity on PSt functional microspheres with adsorption time and buffer solution pH value were investigated. Adsorption quantity of BSA increases along with adsorption time and reaches equilibrium after 2 h. The equilibrium adsorption quantity of BSA varies with different pH values of buffer solution, and adsorption quantity is maximum when buffer solution pH value attains isoelectric point (PI = 4.7) of BSA.
