摘要
以水为溶剂,比较了置换抽滤、打浆抽滤和离心过滤等洗涤方法脱除粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)滤饼中乙酸的效果。实验结果表明,离心过滤洗涤效果优于置换抽滤和打浆抽滤效果。以对二甲苯(PX)为溶剂,考察了离心过滤洗涤的离心时间、PX用量、离心机转速、滤饼厚度等条件对洗涤效果的影响。实验结果表明,在离心机转速为2000r/min、PX洗涤倍数(m(PX):m(CTA))1.2、离心时间7min、CTA滤饼厚度19.5mm的条件下,离心过滤洗涤可使CTA滤饼中乙酸质量分数从10.00%~15.00%降至0.06%。PX离心洗涤与水打浆分层工艺可使CTA浆料中PX的质量分数降至1.73%,乙酸质量分数降至0.07%。
Removal of acetic acid from crude terephthalic acid (CTA) by centrifugal washing, replacement washing and beating vacuum filtration with p - xylene or water as solvents was investigated. Effect of centrifugal washing with p - xylene as solvent is the best among the above washing processes. Effects of centrifuging time, solvent amount, rotating speed and thickness of CTA cake on removal of acetic acid were studied. Under conditions of rotating - speed 2 000 r/min, mass ratio of p- xylene to CTA 1.2, centrifuging time 7 min, thickness of CTA cake 19.5 nun mass fraction of acetic acid in CTA cake can be reduce from 10.00% - 15.00% to 0.06%. Furthermore, combination of centrifugal washing with p - xylene and then beating with water can lower the mass fractions of p- xylene and acetic acid in CTA cake to 1.73% and 0.07%, respectively.
