摘要
重视实用、面向行动,将企业伦理研究密切融入企业经营的实践之中。是美国当代企业伦理研究的显著特点。美国的一些大企业在企业管理中越来越重视管理者个人的道德水准,积极发展企业道德文化,纷纷着手建立支持伦理的管理制度,努力改善企业的文化品质和管理状况,形成了一种将管理与伦理相融合的趋势,这一切,都与美国企业伦理研究的特点不无关联,也都应引为我国企业伦理研究的重要借鉴。
One of the most outstanding features in contemporary American enterprise ethics is to ap-ply the research on enterprise ethics to the practical enterprise administration. Some of the leading A-merican enterprises are paying more and more attention to enhancing the administrators＇ personal morali-ty and developing enterprise ethics. There is a trend of combining administration with ethics in American enterprises so as to improve the cultural image and administration level, which cannot be separated from the emphasis of American enterprises on the ethics. The article will make a detailed study in this aspect so as to provide some insight into the related study in our country.
