论360度绩效考核在民营企业中的应用

摘要 本文根据民营企业在绩效考核的现状及存在的问题分析,运用360度绩效考核有针对性地解决。在解决问题的过程中,建立了360度绩效考核指导小组,引入胜任能力模型等,旨在使民营企业的考核更加全面、科学、客观,以促进员工个人和企业的共同发展。
