摘要
以Pro/E塑料顾问为平台,以工业滑轮注塑零件为实例,对塑料制品进行注射成型工艺分析和注射成型模拟。这样,可以提高塑料制品的成型质量,减少缺陷的产生,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期。
Taking the industry pulley injection product for example and Pro/E Plastic Advisor as a platform, the article carried out analysis and simulation of injection molding plastic products, it had an immediate significance in improving molding quality, reducing disfigurement, lowering cost and shortening production cycle.
