腹腔注射黄芪对COPD模型大鼠的抗炎抗氧化作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究黄芪注射液对大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)炎症、氧化及气道重塑的影响。方法采用熏吸香烟加气管内注射脂多糖的方法建立大鼠COPD模型,测定大鼠血清TNF-α、ET-1、肺泡灌洗液IL-8、肺组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及支气管平滑肌厚度及其变化。结果黄芪治疗组血清ET-1、TNF-α以及肺泡灌洗液IL-8含量均较模型组低(P<0.05),肺组织匀浆SOD值较模型组高(P<0.05),病理形态观察黄芪组细支气管平滑肌变薄(P<0.05)。结论黄芪具有抗炎症、抗氧化、缓解气道重塑的作用。 Objective To study the effect of astragalus on the inflammatory,oxideatlve stress, remodeling of airway in rats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and ET-1 in serum were measured with ELISA. The level of IL-8 in BALF was measured with ELISA. The activity of SOD in bronchial and lung homogenates was determined by RIA method. Lung tissue section stained by HE was observed to study the morphological alternations, and inflammatory cells of the bronchial wall were counted. Thickness of the bronchial smooth muscle layer was measured by image analyzer. Results TNF-α, ET-1 and IL-8 of astragalus group were lower than those of COPD model group(P〈 0.05). The activity of SOD in astragalus group was significantly increased compared to that in the model group(P〈0. 05). Thickness of the bronchial smooth muscle layer in astragalus group was significantly decreased compared to that in the model group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus has the antiimflammatory and antioxidative effects and may attenuate the remodeling of the small airway in rats.
