摘要
用自行研制的溶氧(DO)、pH、温度(T)计算机在线检测系统研究敞开式跑道池大规模培养螺旋藻过程中DO三维分布特性和DO、pH、T等参数随时间、天气、搅拌等的变化规律,以期对螺旋藻大规模培养过程的操作条件与生长的关系做进一步地了解,从而为敞开式跑道池螺旋藻大规模培养工艺的综合优化提供实验与理论依据。
In the paper,the on-line detecting system of DO, pH, Temperature designed by ourselves was used to measure the DO,pH and temperature which is shown in Fig 2;It presents the threedimensional distribution of DO and the characteristics of DO change with temperature,light intensity, pH and stirring in outdoor open raceway pond used to cultivate spirulina platensis. Through which we clearly recognized the characteristics of the cultivating spirulina platensis, experiments and theories were posed for the optimum of the cultivating spirulina platensis in outdoor open raceway pond.
