摘要
紫极醇是一种结构新颖、抗肿瘤作用机理独特的新型抗肿瘤药，已成为当前全世界研究的热点。
The paper reports the 1H-NMR features of natural taxane diterpenoids with different skeleton types on the basis of the systematic analysis of their 1H-NMR data. According to the characteristics of 1H-NMR of taxane diterpenoids it proved possible to differentiate unevocally 6/8/6 membered ring and 5/7/6 membered ring systems.
