摘要
对不同煤样的变质程度、化学组成、煤中酚类物质和灰分对煤/聚苯胺复合材料电阻率的影响进行了研究,发现高孔隙率、高活性官能团含量和低灰分的煤样有利于制备出高电导率的煤/聚苯胺复合材料.煤中的酚类物质和矿物质对苯胺有阻聚作用,但酚的存在可优化常温下苯胺的聚合.
The effects of coal samples, chemical composition, pheonol and minerals in coal on the resistivity of coal/polyaniline composites were studied. It has found that high conductive coal/polyaniline composites were prepared in the condition of the coal samples with high porosity, high active group amount and low ash content. Pheonol and minerals in coal play retardation role on the polymerization of aniline, and pheonol is beneficial to the polymerization of aniline in ambient temperature.
