摘要 目的:观察硫酸锌口服液对放疗导致味觉损伤的治疗作用。方法:50例初次接受放疗的患者随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组在放疗前3d开始口服硫酸锌口服液,直至放疗结束。对照组按计划放疗,不另加锌制剂。用"三滴辨别法"测定2组酸、甜、苦、咸味觉。结果:随放疗进程,患者味觉损失加重,但试验组味觉损失程度低于对照组。结论:硫酸锌对放疗导致的味觉损失有抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of zinc sulfate oral solution on the taste loss caused by radiotherapy .METHODS: A total of 50 cases undergoing radiotherapy for the first time were randomly divided into trial group and control group .The trial group was assigned to receive zinc sulfate oral solution from 3 days before radiotherapy to the end of radiotherapy;while the control group received radiotherapy only but not given zinc preparation .The basic taste qualities(sour, sweet, bitter and salty) were tested using "three drops technique" .RESULTS: Taste loss caused by radiotherapy aggravated time-dependently and the taste loss degree in the trial group were lower than in the control group .CONCLUSION: Zinc sulfate can inhibit the taste loss caused by radiotherapy.
