摘要
通过对PP粉料在双螺杆挤出机中的熔融实验,研究了不同螺纹组合和螺杆转速对物料的熔融能力。研究结果表明,物料的熔融热能来自于转动的剪切组合;螺纹组合的剪切能力越强,所产生的热量也越大;不同的物料需选用不同的螺纹组合,并配以不同的工艺条件;双螺杆挤出机的产能与螺杆的组合及转速存在线性关系。
Based on the melting experiments of PP powder in twin-screw extruder, the melting capacity of different screw-thread sets and the revolution of the screw was studied. The results showed the thermal energy for the melting of the extmdate came from the rotating shearing sets, the stronger the shearing force, the more the thermal energy; when the extrudate was different, the screw-thread sets should also be different, and the processing technology should also be different, too; the production capacity of the extruder was linear to the screw-thread sets and revolution.
