摘要
采用短碳纤维(CF)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和缩合型线性聚亚胺(CPI),用机械共混、热压模塑的方法,对加成型交联聚酰亚胺(API)进行减摩增韧改性,并对复合材料的摩擦磨损、力学性能和形态结构进行了测试与分析。研究结果表明,与纯API相比,含10%CF的API复合材料的冲击强度提高了280%;含20%CPI的API复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度分别提高了150%和60%;含30%PTFE的API合材料摩擦因数降低至0.16。磨损降至0.3μm^3。与API相容性好的填料可在提高API复合材料冲击韧性的同时改善弯曲性能。
Tribological and mechanical properties of short carbon fiber (CF),polytetrafluoroethyIene ( PTFE ),condensation-type linear polyimide (CPI) filled addition-type cross-linking polyimide (API) were studied in this paper.Structural morphology were analyzed by means of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).It was found that,the content of CF was 10%.impact strength of composite was 280% times of API.Friction coefficient of 30% PTFE filled API reduced to 0.16,wear decreased to 0.3 urn3.The content of CPI was 20%,impact strength and flexural strength of composite were 250%,160% times of API respectively.Fillers which were compatible with API,could improve toughness and flexural strength of composites simultaneously.
