吸烟人群肱动脉EDD与股动脉IMT相关性的超声研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨吸烟人群肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)与股动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法利用高频超声检测35例健康吸烟者肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能及股动脉内膜厚度,并与35例健康不吸烟组做对照。结果健康吸烟者肱动脉EDD明显低于对照组,并且健康吸烟者股动脉内膜厚度明显高于对照组,与肱动脉EDD呈负相关。结论吸烟可导致内皮功能障碍,高频超声能够早期发现吸烟者内皮功能障碍,健康吸烟者无心血管疾病症状时已有股动脉内膜厚度的改变。 Objective The aim of this study was to access the correlation between the endothelium-dependent dilation(EDD) of the brachial artery and the IMT of femoral arteries (FA).Methods With high-resolusion ultrasound, We detected the EDD of brachial arteryies and the IMT of femoral arteries in 35 anosia somkers and 35 cases were normal cases. Results The EDD of brachial arteries of the anosia smokers group were significant lower than these of the normal controls, and the IMT of femoral arteries in smokers were significant higher than these of the normal controls. In this study, we also found there was an obvious negative correlation between IMT and EDD. Conclusions Smoking can induce the endothelia dysfunction, High-resolution ultrasound can detect the endothelial dysfunction in advance, and in smoking group, the IMT of femoral artery had also increased when there was no symptom of Cardiovascular disease.
