摘要 随着造影技术广泛应用于临床,由造影剂引起的肾功能损害越来越多地受到人们的重视。作者就近年来的相关文献资料,对造影剂肾病的诊断标准、发病机制、临床表现、危险因素及防治方法进行综述。 With the contrast media being used widely in clinic,the nephrotoxicity of contrast media are being paid more and more attention.This article revews the Contrast medium associated nephropathy in its diagnosis standard,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,dangerous factor,prevention and treatment.
