The Relationship Between Negative Regulation Factors in RAS and Renal Fibrosis

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(Renin-Aangiotensin-Aldosterone System,RAAS)中的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及其相关细胞因子如转化生长因子(TGF-β)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)等已被大量试验证实与肾纤维化存在直接或间接关系,但近年来的研究发现肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)系统中的血管紧张素受体2(AT2R),血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2),血管紧张素Ang(1-7),肝细胞生长因子(HGF)等则表现出拮抗上述物质的作用,本文就RAS系统新成员及其细胞因子对肾纤维化的作用简要综述。 Ang Ⅱ as well as the related cell factors such as transforming growth factor(TGF-β) ,connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) in Renin-Aangiotensin-Aldosterone System (RAAS) has direct or indirect relationship with renal fibrosis,which has been confirmed by many tests,but the recent study shows that angiotensin receptor Ⅱ, Angiotensin-Converting 2, Ang( 1 - 7), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) have antagonism to the substance above mentioned. This article reviews the action of these rivalry factors to renal fibrosis
