摘要 盆底组织胶原降解增加引起盆底组织支持力减弱是压力性尿失禁的重要发病机制。基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)作为最重要的胶原降解酶,它的表达增加,活性增高及与其组织抑制剂比例的改变可能是盆底胶原降解增加的主要原因,对它在压力性尿失禁发病中作用的研究,为进一步阐明压力性尿失禁的发病机制,寻找更好的预防和治疗方法提供了新的思路。 Decreased pelvic supporting force resulting from increased collagen breakdown is a pathologic etiology of stress incontinence.The matrix metaUoproteinases (MMPs) is the most important proteinases. Its increase in expression and activity, orthe change of the ratio between its tissue inhibitors(TIMP) was consistent with increased collagen degradation in the stress incontinence. We study the role of the MMPs in the SUI, which might be helpful to investigate the etiology of stress incontinence, and its significance in prevention or treatment of SUI.
