摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一。核转录因子-κB是一种具有多向转录调节作用的蛋白质,在糖尿病性视网膜病变发生及发展过程中起重要作用,对于它们的关系日益受到重视。IKK激酶是核转录因子κB信号转导通路的关键性激酶,进一步研究IKK激酶可以更好地从分子生物学的角度理解糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制,为其预防和治疗提供思路。现就核转录因子-κB和IKK激酶在糖尿病视网膜病变各个环节中的作用进行综述。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is one of the most severe microvascular complications of diabetes meUitus. Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) is a protein having multifunetion in transcription regulation, which plays an important role in the genesis and development of diabetic retinopathy. The relationship between them is attracting more and more attention day by day.κB Kinases (IKK) is the key kinase in the signal transduction pathay of Nuclear factor-κB, of which the further study is helpful to understand the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy from molecular biology better, and provide new idea for its prevention and therapy. This article reviews the effect of NF-Kb and IKK in the link of this disease one by one.
