摘要
充血性心力衰竭时甲状腺激素的代谢出现异常的现象日渐受到人们的关注。其特点是T3水平的降低,rT3水平升高,其确切的机制及临床意义尚不十分明确,能否应用甲状腺激素补充治疗亦存在争议。本文就甲状腺激素治疗充血性心力衰竭理论基础及临床应用予以综述,旨在探求临床应用甲状腺激素作为治疗充血性心力衰竭的可行性。
Abnormal thyroid hormone metabolism in congestive heart failure is attracting more attention from people day by day, its feature are decreased T3 level, and increased rT3 level, of which the mechanism and clinical significance is not very clear. There is still debate in using supplementary treatment of thyroid hormone or not. This article reviews rational and clinical application of thyroid hormone in treating congestive heart failure in order to seek clinical application feasibility of thyroid hormone in treating congestive disease.
