载脂蛋白AⅤ对血浆三酰甘油浓度起重要调节作用。内皮细胞过氧化物酶体增生物活化受体α(PPARα)和核转录因子(RORα)可影响载脂蛋白AⅤ的转录。载脂蛋白AⅤ通过对极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)活性的调节参与血脂的转运与代谢,降低血浆中三酰甘油的浓度。
Apolipeprotein AV plays an important role in regulating plasma triglyceride levels. PPARαand RORa can affect transcription of the human Apolipoprotein AV gene. Apolipoprotein AV takes part in the transport and metabolism of blood lipid as well as decreases the concenration of serum triacylglycerol by regulating the activity of VLDL and LPL.
