摘要
采用桑德迈尔反应路径,选用工业原料制备对溴甲苯,实验的目的在于探索工厂生产中降低成本提高质量的方案。实验表明:产品总收率为66.4%,生产周期为4 h,纯度>99.5%,缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量。
4 - Bromotuluene was obtained through the sandmyer - reaction on the prepared CuBr - HBr solvent with diazosalt. The major raw nlaterials are industrial. The results show: manufaeture's cycle became shorter, cost became lower and purity became higher; the yield of product is 66.4 %, manufaeture's cycle is 4 hours, purity 〉 99.5 % .
