摘要
教师是人类灵魂和人力资源开发的工程师,高等教育的水平和质量的重要因素之一在于教师。因此,加强师资队伍建设对于学校的可持续发展,提高教育教学质量至关重要。本文主要介绍了我院加强师资队伍建设的做法。
Teachers should be the engineers for developing the inner-soul and resources of mankind. The level and quality of college education mostly depend upon teachers. So, as for the Sustainable Development and education quality of our college is concerned, it is most important to improve the faculty. But how？ The measures our college has taken are as follows.
