摘要
采用测定韧-脆转变的方法,研究了碳化物析出、晶粒尺寸及轧制条件对超纯铁素体不锈钢 26Cr-1Mo 脆性的影响。结果表明:晶粒尺寸及轧后的冷却条件对该钢的DBTT 均有明显影响。轧后空冷的脆性是由于 M_(23)C_6 的析出以及变形组织和 475℃脆性综合作用的结果。
With the ductile-brittle transition temperature measured,the influences ofcarbide precipitation, grain size and rolling conditions on the brittlenss of su-perpure ferrite stainless steel 26Cr-1Mo were investigated. The results showthat both the grain size of workpiece and post--rolling cooling conditions havesignificant influences on the DBTT of superpure ferrite stainless steel 26Cr-1Mo, and that the post-rolling brittleness is mainly caused by M_(26)C_6 precipita-tion in conbination with the microstructure after deformation and the usualbrittleness at 475℃.
