摘要
提出了一种检测消化道癌症的新方法。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱研究了若干消化道癌患者和正常人手指甲的红外光谱。结果表明,消化道癌患者和正常人手指甲的红外光谱在峰形、峰频率、峰强等方面均有差异,并且同一生理系统不同器官病变后在红外光谱上表现出共性。
A new method for detecting cancer in digestive tract is presented. The finger nails of normal people and patients with cancer in digestive tract were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) technique. The results showed that there were differences between finger nail IR spectra of normal people and cancer patients in many aspects, such as band shape, band frequency, band intensity and so forth. The results indicated also that the pathological changes of different organs in the same physiological system exhibited commonness in IR spectra.
