摘要
文章研究了国内外现代数控系统的发展概况,论述了新的数控技术标准STEP-NC与智能化需求,针对传统的ISO6983数控标准的局限性,提出了基于STEP-NC新的数控模式,具有实时动态全闭环控制体系结构的智能集成计算机数控系统的体系结构和相关关键技术。
The status of modern CNC system in home and broad was introduced in this paper. New NC standard and its intelligence was also presented in details. The insufficient about traditional ISO6983 standard was studied. Based on above mentioned reasons, the system architecture and related key technique of intelligent integrated CNC system was investigated, which had real time and dynamic closed loop control structure.
