摘要
教育全球化已成为教育发展的必然,对我国职教市场、职教体制、培养模式以及政策法规等提出了严峻挑战。为此,亟须综合采取加大政府投入,组建职教集团,创建具有国际竞争力的品牌;重新定位政府、市场和职教机构的职能和角色;调整国家、市场与职教关系,重建职教体制;立足全球视野,遵循国际标准,加大企业参与力度,推行工学结合、校企紧密合作的培养模式;遵循教育全球化规则及相关国际惯例,建立健全政策法规体系等措施。
The globalization has resulted in serious challenges to the market, system, training module, policy and law of Chinese vocational education. Therefore, it is thought necessary to get more of governmental investment and to set up a vocational education group for international competitiveness. As well, the relationship between government, market and vocational education needs to be readjusted with a global vision and to international standards. As of the training module, enterprises are encouraged to participate more. Governmental policy and legal system are made in accordance with the relevant rules and international conventions.
