摘要
论述了采用PC工控机作为控制核心,通过数据采集A/D卡,实现在本试验台上对汽车传动轴进行60000 N.m以下传动轴的静扭转强度试验的工作原理和测试方法;并详细介绍了该试验台的机械结构、自动控制设计及软件设计。该试验台是集机、电、计算机等多种技术于一体的机电一体化设备,它的研制成功使汽车传动轴的测试水平提高到一个新的水平。
The working principle and testing method about measuring static torsion for an automobile transmission shaft which is rotating below 60000 Nm torque are discussed. The testing system adopts data acquisition A/D card and an industrial PC by means of communication software for a network protocol. Meanwhile, the mechanical structure, automatic control design and software programming design of the test - bed are introduced. This test - bed is ectromechanic equipment integrated with mechanics, electronics, computer and some other technology. The development success will bring a higher testing level.
