摘要
目的为了使Al-Zn-Cu系在短时间内获得和通过长时间平衡冷却处理得到的室温平衡相组成相同的结果,快速消除亚稳相.方法熔制了5Cu40Zn55Al和15Cu20Zn65Al合金,两合金在成分均匀化炉冷后相组成物中分别含有亚稳的ε和θ相,通过对合金进行球磨,进行组织观察和结构变化的测定.结果球磨后,亚稳相消失,得到了合金室温时的平衡相组成,相组成均为:T′+α+β.球磨中亚稳的ε和θ相分别向稳定态的T′+β和T′+α转变.结论通过球磨加工,可以快速消除合金中的亚稳相,并且球磨获得室温平衡相组成的时间大大小于通过热处理获得室温组织所需的时间.这一结果对于快速确定室温时的相平衡关系,提高研究效率是有现实意义的.
5Cu40Zn55Al and 15Cu20Zn65Al alloys have been prepared in the Al- Zn- Cu system, in which there are metastable phases cand θafter homogeneous annealing treatment. After the ball milling process was adopted for the two treated alloys, result shows that metastable phases cand θdisappear and equilibrium phases of the two alloys at room temperature are obtained, namely three phases of T' +β + α. It shows that the metastable phases ε and θare transformed respectively into the stable T' + αand T' + βphase during ball milling. It means that the equilibrium phase constituents of the two alloys are obtained by ball milling at room temperature, due to deformation mechanism in alloy.
