Management information system is a complex system.Using CASE tools benefit to improve the efficency of MIS development. MIS development is the result which the user knowledge is combined with the developer knowledge.The present CASE tools only supported domain specific knowledge.The paper puts forward the intelligent CASE tools which the user knowledge is combined with the developer knowledge.The paper,first,discusses the design idea and then describes the model structure of the intelligent CASE tools.
