摘要
本文通过无氧铜碗形件尺寸的实验测定,分析研究万能测长仪的温度误差和测量系统的弹性变形以及被测件表面局部塑性变形与测量力的关系,找出了误差修正方法,提高了测量精度.
In the paper, by measuring oxygen-free copper bowl work, temperature error in the universal length-measuring instrument, elastic deformation of the measuring system and the relation between partial plastic deformation of surface of measured work and measuring force are studied and analyzed. As a result, method of correcting errors in measurement is found out, thus improving measuring precision.
