摘要
目的:比较不同菌苗制备变形链球菌C型抗血清的效果。方法:用变形链球菌血清C型标准株ATCC25175制备成活菌苗和死菌苗,以活菌苗、死菌苗及联合菌苗(活菌苗加死菌苗)3种不同菌苗静脉注射免疫家兔,观察兔子的反应和死亡情况,监测抗体的产生。结果:活菌苗和联合菌苗均在免疫注射的第27~30天出现血清抗体(效价为1∶32),但活菌苗注射后致死率高。结论:联合菌苗是一种较为安全、高效的免疫方案。
Objective: To efficacies of the different immunization approaches in preparation of Streptococcus mutans serotype C antiserum in rabbits. Methods:Heat-killed cells and live cells of Streptococcus mutans serotype C STCC25175 were injected into the ear vein of 30 rabbits in different sequences. The antibody titer and death condition of the rabbits were observed. Results: Both the immunization by injecting live cells and immunization by injecting firstly death cells and then fresh live cells produced titers 1 : 32 in the 27th-30th day. Injecting live cells caused a high death rate of rabbits while injecting firstly death cells then fresh live cells caused no death. Conclusions:Immunization by injecting firstly death cells then fresh live cells is a good sequence to get Streptococcus mutans antiserum.
