摘要
试样经酸溶解后,采用定量的氢氧化钠一次沉淀分离铝锰合金中锰、铁等干扰元素。在pH 10的碱性溶液中,铝与过量的酒石酸钠络合,生成一种络合物,加入氟化钠破坏此络合物,同时定量地游离出碱,以酚酞作指示剂,用硝酸标准溶液滴定碱,进而计算出铝量。与经典的EDTA络合氟化物置换法进行对照,两种方法测定结果相符。该方法简便、快速,可以用于测定铝锰合金中15%~30%铝量,其相对标准偏差(n=5)<0.5%,加标回收率在99%~101%之间。
The sample was dissolved with HCl-HNO3, Mn and Fe were then precipitated and separated from Al using NaOH in Al-Mn alloy. In the alkaline solution at pH 10,aluminium complexed with excessive sodium tartrate to form a complex, which set free alkali quantitatively after adding sodium fluoride, Then the titration of alkali was made by standard solution of HNO3 using phenolphthalein as a indicator, so the quantitis of aluminium were calculated. The determination results were agreement with those of the classical method of EDTA Complexing-fluoride repleasing. The method is easy and rapid, and it has been applied to the detemination of aluminium content of 15 %-30 % in Al-Mn alloy with the RSD (n = 5) of below 0.50%,the recovery of between 99%-101%.
