摘要
该文介绍了一种特殊类型高速钢——低碳Fe-w(Mo)-co(Ni)合金的设计原理、冶炼、锻造、热处理工艺及它的基本性能,并与普通高速钢作了比较。实验结果指出,高钴含量时合金有极强的硬化能力,时效后硬度达68—69HRC,与超硬高速钢(M42)相同。该文还介绍了Fe-W(Mo)-Co(Ni).Ti-Al合金刀具实验结果。
This paper introduces the alloying principle, forging and heat treatment processes of low-carbon Fe-W(Mo) -Co(Ni) series age hardening high-speed steels. Main properties are given and compared with those of conventional high-speed steels. Rrsults show that alloy with high cobalt content has strong age hardening ab-ility. After aging, it gives the same hardness, HRC68 - 69, as super hard high speed steel(M42). The experimental results of the tool performance are also introduced.
