摘要
目的 研究免疫球蛋白与复杂性热性惊厥的关系.方法 将172例热性惊厥的患儿分为复杂性热性惊厥组69例、单纯性热性惊厥组103例,另取与复杂性热性惊厥组条件相似的非热性惊厥的患儿69例作为对照组,测定血清免疫球蛋白的水平.结果 复杂性热性惊厥组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白低于非热性惊厥组,有高度显著性差异（P＜0.001）.结论 血清免疫球蛋白降低与复杂性热性惊厥有关.
Objective Studies the immune globulin and the complex thermal property convulsion relations. Methods Divides into 172 example thermal property convulsion trouble the complex thermal property convulsion group 69 examples, the retinitis simplex thermal property convulsion group 103 examples, takes in addition with the complex thermal property convulsion group condition similar non -thermal property convulsion trouble 69 examples takes the control group, the determination seroimmunity globulin level. Results The complex thermal property convulsion group trouble seroimmunity globulin is lower than the non -thermal property convulsion group, has the highly significance difference （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The seroimmunity globulin reduces with the complex thermal property convulsion concerns.
