摘要
根据河南省林业系统自然保护区发展、规划、保护管理、科研监测和宣教支撑、基础设施的现状,对保护区结构、布局和保护管理能力进行分析,采用空缺分析方法,确定了全省国家级保护区系统的物种保护空缺,最后提出了生态系统保护体系、重点物种保护体系、空缺物种保护体系和保护区能力建设等保护区体系的建设重点。
According to the development,planning,protection and management,monitoring research and Dawa support, infrastructure status of the forestry Nature Reserve System in Henan Province, using Gap Analysis, We analyse the structure, layout and management capabilities of the Nature Reserve, determine the species protection gaps of national Nature Reserve system in Henan Province,put forward focal point of the building about Nature Reserve system such as the ecological protection system, key species protection system,vacancies species protection system and Capacity-building in Nature Reserve.
