摘要
目的分析发生采供血工作过程中的差错的原因,找出什么是发生差错的重点因素,以制定有针对性的对策。方法对1996年到2005年十年中发生差错的种类进行统计分析研究归纳出发生差错的原因。结果通过调查分析发生差错的因素,得知责任心不强,违反操作规程,业务知识贫乏是发生差错的主要因素,其次是交接班不严,三查七对不认真。结论针对发生差错的因素制定了行之有效的对策,有效地降低了差错的发生率,保证了血液产品质量。

The method in ten years had the mistake type to 1996 to 2005 to conduct the statistical analysis research to induce has the mistake reason. The result has the mistake factor through the diagnosis, knew the sense of responsibility is not strong, violates the working instruction deficiently, the professional knowledge has the mistake primary factor.
